Ong Ying Ping, partner handling litigation matters
Ying Ping is the founding partner of Ong Tay & Partners. He, after ventures in the business world, has returned to the practice to head our litigation department. His 'out-of-the-box' thinking and desire to seek that unique, unconventional but commercially viable solution for clients makes him a formidable litigator.

He was formerly the Asst Treasurer of the Law Society of Singapore.

Tay Ting Lan, Susan, partner handling conveyancing/family matters
Susan was one of the two pioneer partners of Ong Tay & Partners. She was a litigation lawyer in her first four years of practice and now heads our conveyancing department. She handles sale and purchases of both residential and commercial properties as well as mortgages, construction loans and other financial matters. She has also represented clients in "en-bloc" sales and purchases of properties which entail 30-40 households. She also handles all family-related matters in the firm. As an example of the diverse skills of our lawyers, Susan is also experienced in media and entertainment law. She represents several well-know Singapore personalities in their contract negotiations.

She advises the Association of Singapore Actors.
