MAS Guidelines to Critical Year Issue

Policyholders' Guide to Insurance Policies with Critical Year feature issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore is found here.
On 11 June 2003, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) posted a set of guidelines for policyholders on the critical year issue on its website. It:-
(a) tells policyholders how to file a complaint;
(b) gives information of mediation through the Insurance Disputes Resolution Organisation; and
(c) hints that a collective/class action suit is possible.
