AVA seeking feedback on amendments to the Control of Plants (Registration of Pesticides) Rules

The Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) is seeking feedback from the public on the proposed amendments to Rule 7 of the Control of Plants (Registration of Pesticides) Rules.
AVA will be amending the Control of Plants (Registration of Pesticides) Rules to effect Singapore's obligations under Article 16.8 of United States-Singapore Free Trade Agreement (USSFTA).

Comments should reach AVA no later than 12.00 noon, 5th June 2004. Written comments may be sent through the following means:
