Outsourcing For Legal Practices in UK

Outsource Legal Solutions (OLS) is hoping to benefit from the trend of companies outsourcing administrative work with the launch of a specialist secretarial service for law practices.

OLS offers the services of a number of experienced legal secretaries who are able to type up letters or legal documents on demand. The business, based in Swaffham England, is set up by Carol Devine, a legal secretary for 25 years, and husband Paul, who has worked in sales and customer services for the past 18 years.

Law Practices who have signed up for the service use a secure system to upload sound files for the OLS team to process. Once the work has been completed, the law firm is sent an e-mail telling it the document is ready to be retrieved. Work given before 1pm is completed that day - and work sent after 1pm is finished by 1pm the following day.
