Limited Liability Partnership Act passed

A Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is a business structure that offers all its members some form of limited liability while
retaining the flexibility of operating the LLP as a traditional partnership.
LLPs are common in USA and in UK. With this Act being passed, Singapore businesses now have more business structure to consider. This allows for greater flexibility in business.
